Over the course of Jeff’s 30-year career in employee benefits, he has worked as a Benefits Consultant for multiple health insurance carriers, his own agency, and a national agency. In 2004, after 6 years as an Account Executive at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Jeff decided to leave Blue Cross and start his own agency. He, and his then partner, built their agency by providing unsurpassed customer service to clients.

Jeff’s agency managed self-funded, fully-funded and ancillary health plans for clients with locations and members across the country. He has a strong and diverse background in claims analysis, strategic benefit design, wellness, compliance and administration of benefit programs. Jeff and his agency worked to incorporate benefit plan design, employee engagement, consumer directed healthcare, enrollment tools, wellness incentive management and workers’ compensation needs, designed to exceed employers' cultural, corporate and financial objectives.

Their agency sold to one of the largest national agencies in 2017.
